Initial Evaluation—This Brief Appointment with the Doctor is to determine if it is safe for you to begin a this program. Laboratory testing to be completed beforehand, interpreted by the doctor, and specific recommendations given if needed.

This class has a rolling start date. It will always take place on Thursday evenings 6:30-8:30 pm, but will not begin until a threshold of participants register. Tentative start date is January 22, 2015
