Your appointment at Kansas City Integrative Health is all about exceptional care. Please fill out the appropriate patient forms and submit them at least 48 hours before your first appointment. This paperwork will be reviewed extensively beforehand so that you will have most effective use of your visit, so please answer each question as thoroughly and honestly as possible.
Your provider will spend most of that time reviewing your symptoms, medical and family history, current medications, supplements, and concerns. Any necessary physical exams will be performed, and any lab-work needed ordered. On either the first or second visit, an individualized plan will be formed for you. For most, after the first few visits, follow-ups become further spaced, with the normal scenario including follow-ups quarterly or semi-annually.
Our focus is to provide extraordinary care - not simply treating the physical symptoms, but also taken into account are the mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions. As you can imagine, building this relationship takes time. Your visit with us is likely to be more extensive than most of your other physician appointments, so please be prepared to spend time at your first appointment.
