Thank you for your interest in scheduling a lunch-and-learn session with our naturopathic clinic. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet with our doctors and staff to discuss your products or services. All requests are subject to approval by our clinic’s scheduler and a resident doctor. Please review the requirements below before completing the form.

Requirements for Vendors & Reps

  • All lunch-and-learn sessions are subject to approval by our clinic.

  • Vendors provide a healthy lunch for 12-15 people, including 3-5+ doctors and front/back office staff, depending on work schedules. As a naturopathic clinic, we prioritize healthy offerings, including:

    • At least one vegan option.

    • At least three gluten-free and dairy-free options.

  • Sessions are typically 30 minutes of the doctors’ time, based on doctors schedule and availability.
