Vendor Lunch-and-Learn Request Form

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a lunch-and-learn session with our naturopathic clinic. We love to learn!

These sessions provide an opportunity to meet with our doctors and staff to discuss your products or services, including if you are a great fit for our patients as a resource or referral. Due to the high volume of these requests, we ask that you complete this form so we can understand the nature of your interest and ensure that we are connecting with those who will likely be the best fit for us and our patients. 

For these lunch and learns, we are grateful for the opportunity to hear about your exciting offering and for your proposal to provide lunch for our office. As you can imagine, our holistic health clinic has providers and staff with variable health/dietary needs and we ask for consideration of these in preparation. 

In exchange for our time  over lunch our lunch hour, we ask that you provide a healthy lunch for 12-15 people, including 3-5 doctors and front/back office staff.

At least one vegan option, and at least three gluten free and dairy free options.  If you would like a list of resources, please don't hesitate to reach out.
